Description
Life is unpredictable, and even financially secure people can feel anxious when something unexpected happens. This presentation explores the difference between having financial resources and actually feeling financially comfortable and prepared.
We look at how financial stress can affect the way we think, make decisions, and respond to change, and why building some breathing room matters. The conversation moves beyond a simple emergency fund to include clarity, flexibility, organization, planning, and knowing who to call when life gets complicated. We also discuss how health changes, family responsibilities, and other major transitions can affect financial confidence.
Attendees will leave with practical ideas for reducing stress, creating greater financial comfort, and having better “what if?” conversations with the people they love.
This session is part of the Financial Literacy Series with Placitas Community Library.
